NPSF Patient Safety Congress 2014

NPSF 2014

The NPSF Patient Safety Congress this year was May 14-16 in Orlando, Florida and all I can say is WOW! Great attendance and from the pre-congress family and patient engagement exercises, partnering with the simulation team, the entire congress was well worth it. I was honored to be a facilitator this year with this committed gathering of patient safety champions.

The Simulation with the patient and family groups was a real highlight. Teams replicated a pit crew and quickly determine who will do what using the materials in the room. It proved once again that TEAMWORK is invaluable and the most effective #patientsafety tool. Learn more about it here.
